Ingredients

1 pound round steak

1 large onion, diced

1 green pepper, diced

salt and pepper

2/3 cup soy sauce

2/3 cup water

4 cups cooked rice

Directions

Cut round steak into small pieces; dice onion and green pepper. Place meat, onion, green pepper, and a dash of salt and pepper into crockpot. Add soy sauce and water. Cook on low setting for8 to 10 hours.

Sever over cooked rice.
