Ingredients

How to make it

  • With an electric mixer, cream sugar and butter
  • Add eggs, one at a time
  • Beat well
  • Add crushed vanilla wafers alternately with milk to the creamed mixture
  • Add coconut, vanilla extract, orange and lemon rind
  • Stirring well
  • Add chopped pecans
  • Place in a well greased Bundt cake pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes

    Rosemary, how can this NOT be fabulous? This sounds like a cake that everyone will love! I know that my family will enjoy this one! Thanks so much for your recipe. Now if I can get the wafers into the batter instead of putting them into my mouth..hmm, could be a problem!
