Sweet Potato Balls Recipe

How to make it

  • Drain sweet potatoes.
  • Add brown sugar and butter.
  • Mash with fork till mixed well..
  • Wrap large marshmallow to form a ball.
  • Roll in coconut.
  • Place in baking dish (ungreased) and bake in 375 degree oven till coconut is toasted.
