I love this recipe. I got it from a bunko friend who served it to us at last month's bunco party. Greatness. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 20 ounces frozen chopped spinach
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 cup herb stuffing mix

Directions
  1. Cook spinach according to directions then drain well.
  2. Mix spinach, cheese and half the butter until cheese is completely blended with the spinach.
  3. Season with salt and pepper the taste then place in greased baking dish.
  4. Mix stuffing and remaining butter then spread on top of spinach mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
