Ingredients
- 1 Quart chicken broth
- 1 TBS rosemary
- 2-3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 2 med tomatoes seeded skinned and diced
- 1 1/2 Cups white wine
- 1 chicken breast diced
- 1 Cup chopped Fresh Spinich
- shrimp shells from 1- 2 lbs of shrimp
- 3 Med potatoes cubed
- 1/4 cup celery diced
- 1/2 medium onion diced
- 3/4 cup instant potato flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients except instant potato flakes bring to a boil
- reduce heat to high simmer or very low boil stirring occasionally until potatoes and chicken are done about 45 minutes.
- Remove shrimp shells
- Gradually stir in instant potato flakes to thicken.

Rev Ike was quite the ikon and character. You have a great memory! Great post, JM rated it first and I tasted it first. I'm so happy that Mark got an extra couple of meals for us out of this recipe and it tastes really good to boot.:)
