Lelas Brownie Muffins

This my aunt's creation; she's one of my favorite people in the world! Great served at breakfast with coffee, or any time. She made these a lot when the Gulf Coast relatives were there during Ike...thanks Lela!
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix, 13 x 9 family size shopping list
- 1 stick real butter, softened shopping list
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- approx. 1/4 cup very strong coffee shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients by hand.
- Divide batter into 12 sprayed muffin cups, or use liners.
- Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
