Singapore Buk Kut Teh

- 1 stick of cinnamon shopping list
- 4~5 cloves shopping list
- 1tbsp whole white pepper shopping list
- 2 star anise shopping list
- 1 tbsp Hawthorn berry(optional) shopping list
- 6 cup water shopping list
- 300~350g prok libs shopping list
- 1~2 clove garlic shopping list
- 1~2 tsp soysauce shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- dark soya sauce(normal soya sauce) shopping list
- minced green or red hot pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Put all spices in a small cotton bag
- put cotton bag in to 6 cup of water , boil for 20 min.
- add pork lib and garlic and boil another 20 min.
- mince chill and mix with dark soya sauce for dip.
- ready to serve.
- if you have not enough time to do all of process in the morning, you can prepare until step before the night before.
