How to make it

  • Combine cream cheese, capers, horseradish and 1/4 tsp pepper in a small bowl
  • Spread and divide among the tortillas
  • Mix remaining ingredients ( except salmon )
  • Divide on the tortillas
  • Add and divide the salmon on tortilla
  • Roll up and wrap the filling.
  • For immediate serving: slice each wrap in half and serve.
  • For appetizers: cover with plastic wrap, chill well and slice each wrap into thinly slices and arrange pinwheel on a serving platter
