Easy semolina cake for non bakers

- semolina – 1 cup shopping list
- Flour- 3 tbs shopping list
- Oil- ½ cup shopping list
- Yogurt- ½ cup shopping list
- sugar – ½ tbs shopping list
- Baking powder- 1tsp shopping list
- raisin – A few shopping list
- Ground nut roasted and powdered- 3tsp shopping list
- vanilla essence 2 drops shopping list
- sugar 1 tsp to caramelize shopping list
How to make it
- Mix semolina with baking powder, flour ., finely powdered sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Add yogurt and blend it in a blender for some time to get a smooth mixture.
- Leave it for 20 mins.
- Beat and egg and add it to the mixture. Mix it up.
- Add the oil. Blend it for the last time.
- Add the raisin and ground nut powder , 2 drops of vanilla essence and mix it.
- Flour a cake tin.
- Pour the cake mixture and add the caramelized sugar and just swirl it in the mixture.
- Bake it at 200 degree c till its golden brown.( approximately 35 mins).
- Check it if its baked or not .
- Let it cool and serve!!
