Spiced Buccaneer Stew

- 10 Pounds Cubes of beef shopping list
- 2 Cups cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 Cup lime or lemon juice shopping list
- 1 Cup pineapple juice shopping list
- 1 Cup molasses shopping list
- 1 Bay Leaf shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon salt shopping list
- 1 Large onion,sliced shopping list
- 1 Cup raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Brown cubes of beef.
- Place in heavy Dutch Oven with all that is called for.
- Cook over low heat until tender,about 2 to 2-1/2 hours.
- Serve over cornmeal mush,or rice,or potatoes
- Note: With the vinegar and lemon ,and pineapple juice the meat will be tender pretty quickly.
