How to make it

  • Brown cubes of beef.
  • Place in heavy Dutch Oven with all that is called for.
  • Cook over low heat until tender,about 2 to 2-1/2 hours.
  • Serve over cornmeal mush,or rice,or potatoes
  • Note: With the vinegar and lemon ,and pineapple juice the meat will be tender pretty quickly.
