How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • In mixing bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and brown sugar until light & fluffy.
  • Beat in egg and vanilla.
  • In a small bowl, combine the flour, wheat germ,oats, baking soda and salt.
  • Stir the dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
  • Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Use the bottom of a drinking glass in water to flatten the cookies.
  • Bake 8 - 10 minutes until lightly browned
  • Cool a few minutes on the sheet, then transfer with spatula to a wire rack and cool completely
