Ingredients
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened.
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar (or Splenda)
  • 1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice (about juice of 1 lemon)
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In food processor (or mixing bowl) combine first 5 ingredients, and mix until well blended.
  3. Pour into graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  5. Chill before serving.
