Loris Cooked Chicken on Hand for Casseroles etc

- 2.5 - 3 lbs skinless boneless chicken breast tenderloins (or any pieces - I like thighs!!) shopping list
- EVOO shopping list
- margarine shopping list
- BASIC VERSION shopping list
- white wine Worcestershire or Lea & Perrins chicken marinade shopping list
- 2 T garlic shopping list
- Seasoned salt shopping list
- garlic pepper shopping list
- celery Flakes shopping list
- MEXICAN VERSION shopping list
- As Above, shake in taco seasoning, cumin, a pinch of chili powder, dried cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Cube chicken
- Drizzle non stick skillet with EVOO and a pad of margarine
- Throw in chicken and desired seasonings
- Saute until done, freeze and use in soups, stews, casseroles, fajitas, etc etc
