- 4 corn tortillas shopping list
- 1/4 cup white wine shopping list
- 4 poached eggs shopping list
- 2 cups sauteed mushrooms shopping list
- 1 cup sauteed onions shopping list
- 1 head chopped garlic shopping list
- 2 large tomatoes shopping list
- cayenne shopping list
- peppers shopping list
- 2 ripe avocados shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups shredded gouda shopping list
- bowl raspberry chipotle salsa shopping list
How to make it
- Lay out frozen homemade corn tortillas to defrost
- chop mushrooms, onions, garlic, peppers and saute on medium heat
- add dash of white wine to veggies
- while sauteing, lightly poach eggies
- shred gouda
- slice ripe avocados
- warm tortillas in oven
- Place one egg per on top of warm tortillas
- dash of cayenne
- add sauteed veggies on top of egg
- add gouda on top of veggies
- place slices of avocado on side
- dollop salsa on side
- yum
