Buttermilk Crumb-Coated chicken

- 1/2 Cup buttermilk shopping list
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp of salt shopping list
- 4 Skinless,boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 cup of bread crumbs shopping list
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 tbl spoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp dried basil shopping list
- 2 tbl spoons of melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- 1: Preheat oven to 375 deg.
- Combine buttermilk, mustard, and salt in a medium bowl. Add chicken. Turn to coat.
- 2: Combine breadcrumbs, 2 tbl spoons of parsley, parmesan and basil in a shallow baking dish. Add melted butter,toss with fork until mixed.
- 3: Remove chicken from buttremilk mixture; discard mixture. Roll chicken in crumb mixtureand coat well. Place on a greased baking sheet. Cover with foil
- 4: Bake chicken until juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife,about 35 minutes. Place on a serving platter and sprinkle with remaining chopped parsley.
