Buttermilk Crumb-Coated Chicken Recipe
This is a very good and juicy Chicken. Its good with Homemade Garlic Mash potatoes and Salad. Its so simple and easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup buttermilk
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 4 Skinless,boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbl spoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tbl spoons of melted butter

Directions
  1. 1: Preheat oven to 375 deg.
  2. Combine buttermilk, mustard, and salt in a medium bowl. Add chicken. Turn to coat.
  3. 2: Combine breadcrumbs, 2 tbl spoons of parsley, parmesan and basil in a shallow baking dish. Add melted butter,toss with fork until mixed.
  4. 3: Remove chicken from buttremilk mixture; discard mixture. Roll chicken in crumb mixtureand coat well. Place on a greased baking sheet. Cover with foil
  5. 4: Bake chicken until juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife,about 35 minutes. Place on a serving platter and sprinkle with remaining chopped parsley.
  6. ENJOY!

Great idea to coat it in buttermilk, I always use eggs but I'm sure the buttermilk gives it much better flavor!! Great post
