How to make it

  • 1: Preheat oven to 375 deg.
  • Combine buttermilk, mustard, and salt in a medium bowl. Add chicken. Turn to coat.
  • 2: Combine breadcrumbs, 2 tbl spoons of parsley, parmesan and basil in a shallow baking dish. Add melted butter,toss with fork until mixed.
  • 3: Remove chicken from buttremilk mixture; discard mixture. Roll chicken in crumb mixtureand coat well. Place on a greased baking sheet. Cover with foil
  • 4: Bake chicken until juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife,about 35 minutes. Place on a serving platter and sprinkle with remaining chopped parsley.
  • ENJOY!

    Great idea to coat it in buttermilk, I always use eggs but I'm sure the buttermilk gives it much better flavor!! Great post
