Yummy Pineapple Sheet Cake

- cake shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained shopping list
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup margarine shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all cake ingredients together with a wooden spoon until well blended.
- Pour into a prepared jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes or until tests done with a toothpick. Cool well.
- Prepare topping by mixing the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Frost the cake and spread over the cake.
- Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts, cut in squares to serve.
