How to make it

  • Mix all cake ingredients together with a wooden spoon until well blended.
  • Pour into a prepared jelly roll pan.
  • Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes or until tests done with a toothpick. Cool well.
  • Prepare topping by mixing the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  • Frost the cake and spread over the cake.
  • Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts, cut in squares to serve.
