Rainier Cherry Sauce

Rainier cherries are a Washington treat. These are definitely not your average cherry. Pale yellow on top, red on bottom, they aren't in stores for long because of their short season. THis sauce is a fantastic blend of flavors to go with oriental-style BBQ meat, or satay.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Rainier cherries shopping list
- 1 oz white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 oz cane sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Split and pit cherries and place in a blender.
- Add vinegar and sugar and puree until smooth.
