Found this while dieting of all things. Not only is very tasty but healthy, and believe it or not you can eat a tone without guilt.

3 15 oz cans Black beans drained and rinsed shopping list
1 11 oz can Mexican style corn drained shopping list
2 10 oz cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers,partially drained shopping list
2 tomatoes , diced shopping list
2 bunches green onions , chopped shopping list
2 TBSP cilantro chopped shopping list
1 lime juiced shopping list
