Cherylanns Meatballs

- 1 lb. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 lb. fresh bulk pork sausage shopping list
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats shopping list
- 1 pkg. Lipton mushroom-Onion soup mix shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated onion shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes shopping list
- 2 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Do not preheat oven. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well.
- Shape into 1 1/2" balls (to make 48 meatballs).
- Place in 2 13x9" baking pans. Bake in a 375* oven for 25-30 minutes or until no pink shows when meatballs are cut in the center. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
- Use as needed for your recipe, or cool completely and place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and cover. Place in the freezer for 1 hour. Then pack in freezer storage bags and put in the freezer for later use. Can be kept frozen up to 4 month.
