How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Mix the dry coating mixture ingredients together and reserve.
  • Leave whole or cut the chicken fillets or fish fillets in 1 1/2 inch pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Whisk the eggs with the milk with a fork.
  • Dip the chicken or fish in the all purpose flour, remove excess and dip in the egg/milk mixture and then in the dry coating mixture.
  • Place coated chicken or fish on a ligthty oiled baking pan.
  • Bake from 7 to 8 minutes on each side and serve.
  • NOTE: You could fry the coated fish or poultry in oil in a frying pan until brown on each side.
