Baked Irish Stew

The oven temp doesn't say. I would say 350 degress.
Ingredients
- 1 can roast beef shopping list
- 2 onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 No. 2 can tomatoes shopping list
- 1/4 Tbsp. salt shopping list
- 6 large potatoes cut in half shopping list
- 1/4 c. bacon grease shopping list
- 1/2 c. catsup shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Fry onions in bacon grease, add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Let cook until it begins to thicken.
- Place roast beef and potatoes alternately in baking dish.
- Add tomatoes and onion mixture.
- Dot with catsup.
- Bake until golden brown and potatoes are done about 45 minutes.
