Peas and mushroom soup casserole.

  • 1 can peas (drained)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 1 stick butter

Directions
  1. Place peas in casserole, pour soup over peas.
  2. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and cover peas with mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until peas bubble up around edges and crackers are lightly brown.
