Balsamic Vinaigrette

- 1/3 cup (75 ml) balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup (250 ml) olive oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard shopping list
- 18% (for a light version) or 35% cream to taste or about 1/3 cup shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves shopping list
- Pinch of sugar or sugar substitute shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together in a food processor and process until well mixed.
- Refrigerate and serve with the garden salad of your choice.
