Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe
A tasty balsamic vinaigrette recipe from a rustic restaurant in my town. The cream softens the pronounved taste of the balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup (250 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 18% (for a light version) or 35% cream to taste or about 1/3 cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves
  • Pinch of sugar or sugar substitute

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a food processor and process until well mixed.
  2. Refrigerate and serve with the garden salad of your choice.
