How to make it

  • Mix above ingredients for salmon. Place in fridge to firm. Scoop salmon mixture with an ice cream scoop onto a plate. Freeze mixture.
  • When ready to cook, cook from frozen state for 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Serve with mayo sauce.
