How to make it

  • Scrub potatoes and bake
  • Slice off the top of each potato
  • Scrape out the centre of each potato and pour in a raw egg
  • Mash the potato removed from each jacket, add salt and pepper
  • Place the mash around the edge of the eggs in the jackets
  • sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs
  • Add small pieces of butter
  • Cook in oven 200c / gas 6 for approx 15 min's
