SURPRISE POTATOES

- Serves 3
A quick tasty snack, or meal with a nice salad the children will love these, and they are so easy to make
Ingredients
- 3 Baked potatoes (large) shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 oz grated cheese of your choice shopping list
- 1/2 oz butter shopping list
- salt, pepper and a few breadcrumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Scrub potatoes and bake
- Slice off the top of each potato
- Scrape out the centre of each potato and pour in a raw egg
- Mash the potato removed from each jacket, add salt and pepper
- Place the mash around the edge of the eggs in the jackets
- sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs
- Add small pieces of butter
- Cook in oven 200c / gas 6 for approx 15 min's
