Grandmas Persimmon Pudding

- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 2 c sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 c milk shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 c all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 3 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 2 c persimmon pulp shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients-add the persimmon pulp last. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish and bake at 350* for 45 minutes.

I've never tasted persimmons. I see them in the grocery stores some times but didn't know what to do with them. I'll look out for them & try this out. Thanks 5 forks
