Nice recipe that should highlight the flavor of the persimmon very well. Truthfully, I dig any persimmon pudding. But I do tend to favor pudding that highlights the persimmon taste and not overshadow it with spice and other flavors. But the spicy ones are great too...they add...well...spice. It's amazing how most persimmon pudding recipes are really quite similar, yet can yield very different results. Now I'm off to thaw out some persimmon pulp!
