How to make it

  • Put chicken pcs in a big frying pan with the oil and bake ca 8 min till lightly browned turn and bake another 7 min, take chicken out and set aside.
  • Bake onions and garlic in the oil till brown ca 10 min on low heat.
  • Put chicken back in the pan, add the ketjap, lemon juice, laos, sereh, terasi and sambal to taste.
  • Add broth and simmer on low for 180 min add sugar 10 min before finishing and mix.
  • Serve with pandan or basmati rice.
