Oven Roasted Parsnips And Kale With Garlic Recipe

Ingredients

11/2 lbs. parsnips, peeled and cut into sticks (thick)

5 tbls, ev olive oil

salt and ground pepper

2 lbs. Kale , cleaned and stemmed

1 garlic cloves, sliced

1 bunch green onions,cut into short lengths

Directions

Coat parsnips with oil and place in baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. bake at 400 degrees until lightly browned or tender.

Boil in salt water kale until tender. Drain well and chop . In large skillet with remaining oil add garlic and brown. Add onions heat. Add kale heat through out salt and pepper to taste.Add parsnips and heat over med. temp . Serve

Yes I do.I also love turnips and rudabagas. Correct me if I'm wrong.I think all of these taste somewhat the same. Just different levels of heat or the taste.Which their is no way I can describe it only to say turnip!!!!help.
