How to make it

  • Coat parsnips with oil and place in baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. bake at 400 degrees until lightly browned or tender.
  • Boil in salt water kale until tender. Drain well and chop . In large skillet with remaining oil add garlic and brown. Add onions heat. Add kale heat through out salt and pepper to taste.Add parsnips and heat over med. temp . Serve

    Yes I do.I also love turnips and rudabagas. Correct me if I'm wrong.I think all of these taste somewhat the same. Just different levels of heat or the taste.Which their is no way I can describe it only to say turnip!!!!help.
