Bake in 375 degree oven 1/2 hour, serves 8.
Ingredients
- 2 medium sized eggplant, sliced and cooked. shopping list
- Place in large oblong baking dish. shopping list
- Mix: shopping list
- 1/2 c. (melted bargarine) shopping list
- 1/2 c. cheese (shredded) shopping list
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs shopping list
- 2 whole eggs beaten shopping list
- 2 Tbsps. flour shopping list
- 1 c. milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- Dash pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Pour over eggplant, bake in 375 degree oven 1/2 hour, serves 8.
