Ingredients
  • 1 c. fresh corn
  • 3 eggs (4 for larger pudding)
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsps. sugar
  • Salt & pepper
  • Butter

Directions
  1. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, salt, pepper.
  2. Add corn to mixture, dot with butter.
  3. Stir only once when butter melts.
  4. Oven 400 degrees.
