Ingredients
  • A can of carnation milk
  • A can of sweet condensed milk
  • A cup of sugar
  • 2 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 8 egg yolks
  • For Caramel:
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • half cup of water
  • 2 small round pans
  • one large lasagna pan

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl put sugar and egg yolks beat lightly until everything is incorporated
  2. add vanilla
  3. add both cans of milk
  4. mix till everything is mixed (do not over mix)
  5. boil water and sugar till lightly brown
  6. add caramel to the baking pan just enough to cover the bottom of pan
  7. add flan mixture into pans
  8. bake over (BAÑO DE MARIA)a little water inside the outter pan about half way
  9. Bake for 1 hr. or till thick let it cool than put in the fridge for about an hour
