Direct Rack Baked Pizza Dough

- 4 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups hot water shopping list
- 3 packets yeast shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- for each pizza - this dough recipe makes 4 shopping list
- 1 - 14oz can diced tomatoes- chili pepper if available shopping list
- salt, pepper, oregano, basil to taste shopping list
- 1 teaspoon olive oil shopping list
- hard salami to taste shopping list
- 2 oz grated Italian hard cheese shopping list
- 3 oz mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- 4 cups flour in a large bowl
- to 1 cup very warm water add yeast and sugar mix
- blend with flour with fork
- add addition 3/4 to 7/8 cup very warm water
- pour on surface and knead for 5 minutes
- score top and allow to rise for 40 minutes
- divide into 4 and knead each quarter for 1 minute
- let rise for 5 minutes
- roll quarters out 1 by 1 into 12" circles
- slide onto grate of preheated 425 degree over
- bake each until slightly brown and stiff
- remove let cool
- spoon contents of tomatoes less liquid
- drizzle with olive oil
- salt, pepper, oregano, basil to taste
- sprinke cheeses
- cut and lay on salami in strips
- bake for 15 minutes on directly on rack
