KY Corn Pudding

- Serves 6
Bake at 350 degrees 30-45 minutes or until congealed.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, separated shopping list
- 3 Tbsps. sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbsps. flour shopping list
- 4 Tbsps. butter (melted) shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
- 4 ears of corn or one can drained whole kernel corn shopping list
- 3/4 c. sweet milk shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg yolks; beat in sugar, flour, butter and salt.
- Add milk.
- Thinly cut corn from cob and scrape cob.
- Add corn to mixture.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Pour into greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees 30-45 minutes or until congealed.
- Serve immediately.
- Serves 6.
