So ez to make and so little fuss ... this is smething you go for when the chocolate craving hits you ..........

Ingredients
  • 200 gm baking chocolate
  • 3/4 C butter or light olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C soft brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 C all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • ...............................
  • 2 tbsp soft brown sugar
  • 100 gm cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chip

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 deg C .
  2. Melt the butter and the chocolate at low flame , mixing with the wooden spoon . Cool it .
  3. Whisk the 2 eggs and, sugar
  4. Add the chocolate mixture in .
  5. Fold in the flour and the yogurt .
  6. Line the base of a cake pan .
  7. Pour it in the lined cake tin .
  8. Pour the mixture in .
  9. Mix the cheese with sugar .
  10. Swirl it on top .
  11. Sprinkle the chocolate chip on top .
  12. Bake for 30 mins .
  13. Cool it . Cut into pieces .
