Chicken Enchiladas - Easy

- 3 Medium chicken breasts - skinless, boneless shopping list
- 1 Can Cream of chicken shopping list
- 1 Small Can Green Chiles shopping list
- 1/2 Cup milk shopping list
- 4 Oz sour cream shopping list
- 1 Pkg flour tortillas (6-8) shopping list
- 2 Cups Shredded cheese (3 cheese Mexican Mix preferred) shopping list
How to make it
- Bake chicken in aluminum foil at 375 degrees for 30-35 min until white.
- Dice chicken.
- Mix cream of chicken, milk, sour cream, green chiles in medium mixing bowl. Once mixed, add diced chicken and mix.
- Grab a tortialla, using a spoon add the mixture into the tortilla. Wrap the tortilla like an enchilada and place in 12" x 10" greased glass pan. Make sure to save 1/3 of your chicken mix to spread on top.
- Once you've placed your 6-8 chicken enchiladas in your pan, spread the remaining chicken mixture on top. Then spread the 2 cups of shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes to melt cheese and warm the enchiladas.
