How to make it

  • Bake chicken in aluminum foil at 375 degrees for 30-35 min until white.
  • Dice chicken.
  • Mix cream of chicken, milk, sour cream, green chiles in medium mixing bowl. Once mixed, add diced chicken and mix.
  • Grab a tortialla, using a spoon add the mixture into the tortilla. Wrap the tortilla like an enchilada and place in 12" x 10" greased glass pan. Make sure to save 1/3 of your chicken mix to spread on top.
  • Once you've placed your 6-8 chicken enchiladas in your pan, spread the remaining chicken mixture on top. Then spread the 2 cups of shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes to melt cheese and warm the enchiladas.
