Crunchy and sweet chicken salad recipe great for roll-ups or croissants. Can also be cut into triangles for parties.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 C. Mayo
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 5 Cups cooked diced chicken
  • 3/4 C. chopped celery
  • 3/4 C. chopped green onions
  • 1 8 oz. can chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 C. shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 C. halved seedless grapes

Directions
  1. Whisk together first 7 ingredients.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat. Chill before serving.
