How to make it

  • Combine first 6 ingredients in a zip-loc bag. Add chicken and seal, shake to coat
  • Heat oil in dutch oven over medium. Add chicken and remaining flour seasoning to pan. Cook about 3 min's per side or until lightly browned.
  • Add carrot, onion, garlic, broth, wine, and potatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30-40 min.'s until chicken is done and vegetables tender.
  • Place chicken and veggies in shallow bowls and ladle with broth. I serve with french bread.

    I like this recipe! Good veggies, nice spices, and the addition of wine creates more complexity to the dish. and my husband (Mr. Meat&Potatoes) will like too. thank you.
