Braised Herb Chicken And Vegetables

- 2 tbsp. flour shopping list
- 2 tsp.'s paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. thyme shopping list
- 1 tsp. oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 8 chicken thighs or legs, skinned shopping list
- 1 tsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 C. carrots (I use whole baby carrots) shopping list
- 1 large onion cut into 8 wedges shopping list
- 1 tsp. minced garlic shopping list
- 1 1/2 C. chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 C. dry white wine shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs. small red or white potatoes (halved or quartered depending on size) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a zip-loc bag. Add chicken and seal, shake to coat
- Heat oil in dutch oven over medium. Add chicken and remaining flour seasoning to pan. Cook about 3 min's per side or until lightly browned.
- Add carrot, onion, garlic, broth, wine, and potatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30-40 min.'s until chicken is done and vegetables tender.
- Place chicken and veggies in shallow bowls and ladle with broth. I serve with french bread.
