Italian Pot Roast

My husband loves this!!! Loaded with flavor.. Add a nice green salad and you will be in heaven.
Ingredients
- 4lbs tip roast or what ever is on sale shopping list
- 2 white potatoes peeled and cut into quarters shopping list
- 1 med onion sliced shopping list
- 1 pkg sliced portabella mushrooms shopping list
- 1 pkg frozen stew veggies shopping list
- 1 14 oz can italian crushed tomatoes with seasoning shopping list
- 1 cup red wine shopping list
How to make it
- Put all veggies in crock pot
- add meat
- pour wine and tomatoes over top
- cover and cook 6-7 hrs on high.
