My husband loves this!!! Loaded with flavor.. Add a nice green salad and you will be in heaven.

Ingredients
  • 4lbs tip roast or what ever is on sale
  • 2 white potatoes peeled and cut into quarters
  • 1 med onion sliced
  • 1 pkg sliced portabella mushrooms
  • 1 pkg frozen stew veggies
  • 1 14 oz can italian crushed tomatoes with seasoning
  • 1 cup red wine

Directions
  1. Put all veggies in crock pot
  2. add meat
  3. pour wine and tomatoes over top
  4. cover and cook 6-7 hrs on high.
