  • in a large saucepan stir chicken broth & corn starch until smooth,,bring to a boil cover medium high heat,boil 1minute,stirring constantly,slowly add beaten eggs in a steady stream until cooked,dispersed through out broth,remove from heat,stir in green onions. and enjoy!!
  • makes about 6 1/2 cups
