How to make it

  • Slice garlic and onions into thin strips.
  • Heat oil in a pot.
  • Add garlic and onion.
  • Cook til transluscent.
  • Add water and bouillon.
  • Simmer about 20 minutes.
  • Serve in a bowl with a slice of bread and cheese to top.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH! I made it last night for the first time, and was unsure, because the garlic was very strong, but it was DELICIOUS! Even my friend, who isn't a big garlic fan, like me, loved it, and had to have seconds!
