Raspberry Balsamic Chicken

- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided shopping list
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1/3 cup seedless raspberry preserves shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat until hot.
- Add onion and saute 5 minutes.
- Combine thyme and 1/4 teaspoon salt; sprinkle over chicken.
- Add chicken to skillet and saute 6 minutes on each side or until done.
- Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm. Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, preservers, vinegar and pepper, stirring constantly until the preserves melt.
- Spoon over chicken.
