Red Wine Vinegar And Herb Marinade For Meat Recipe
This marinade works well with most meats although Iwe have never ventured to use it on fish.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 bay leaves

Directions
  1. Place marinade into a plastic storage bag.
  2. Add meat.
  3. Marinate for 3 to 8 hours.
  4. Cook meat as desired.
