Guacamole

This is my version of tasty, flavorful, guacamole! I really don't measure the ingredients, so these are approximate...enjoy!
Ingredients
- 4 avocados shopping list
- juice of 1/2 of a small lemon shopping list
- juice of 1/2 a small lime shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 2 scallions, chopped (white and green parts) shopping list
- Handful grape or cherry tomatoes, chopped (seeds squeezed out) shopping list
- Dash kosher salt shopping list
- Dash pepper shopping list
- (I don't happen to like cilantro, but it can be added, as well!) shopping list
How to make it
- Remove meat from avocado and mash with a fork
- Add remaining ingredients and combine well
- Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chip!
