This is my version of tasty, flavorful, guacamole! I really don't measure the ingredients, so these are approximate...enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 4 avocados
  • Juice of 1/2 of a small lemon
  • Juice of 1/2 a small lime
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 scallions, chopped (white and green parts)
  • Handful grape or cherry tomatoes, chopped (seeds squeezed out)
  • Dash kosher salt
  • Dash pepper
  • (I don't happen to like cilantro, but it can be added, as well!)

Directions
  1. Remove meat from avocado and mash with a fork
  2. Add remaining ingredients and combine well
  3. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chip!
