How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheets
  • Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in medium bowl
  • Beat sugar and butter in large mixing bowl until well blended
  • Beat in pumpkin, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth
  • Beat in flour mixture gradually
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets
  • Bake 15-18 minutes
  • Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets then move to wire racks.
  • Drizzle glaze over cookies

    I do not in anyway mean to be belligerent,and I say this, in all good fun...but I don't beleive I have any eff's in my refrigerator,but if I did.. this would be a great recipe.

    My family will be getting a taste of this wonderful cookie very soon,like the glaze on top.
