Apple Pecan Cheesecake

An easy yummy cheescake........... compliments of jello
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/4- cup butter melted shopping list
- 1 1/2 - cups plus 2- tablespoon packed brown sugar, divided 2 - tablespoon brown sugar shopping list
- 4- pkg ( 8 ounce each) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1- teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1- cup sour cream shopping list
- 4- eggs shopping list
- 4- cups chopped peeled apples about 3 shopping list
- 3/4 - cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1- teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Heat ove to 325 degrees f. line 13x 9 inch pan with foil
- mix crumbs and butter and 2 tablespoons sugar, press onto bottom of pan and bake 10 minutes
- beat cream cheese, and i cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended
- add sour cream , blend
- add eggs 1 at a time mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended
- pour over crust
- mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar, apples , pecans and cinnamon; spoon over batter
- bake 1 hour and 5 minutes.
- cool............ and refrigerate 4 hours
- use foil to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting into squares to serve
- makes 16 servings
