Pumpkin Pie Dip

- 1 pkg. (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 c. confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 1 c. canned pumpkin shopping list
- 1/2 c. sour cream shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ginger shopping list
- gingersnap cookies shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl,beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in pumpkin,sour cream,cinnamon,pie spice and ginger until well blended. Serve with gingersnaps. Refrigerate leftovers.Yields 4 cups.

I make this every year...always a hit! (I got the recipe from Taste of Home too!!) Here's another serving suggestion. I make fall cutouts ( leaves, pumpkins) from pie crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar and bake. Those and the dip...like pumpkin ...more
