Onion and Parsley Muffins

- 10 ounces buttermilk shopping list
- 1/2 cup chredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetanle oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons onion, grated shopping list
- 4 dashes worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Heat buttermilk in pan over medium heat.
- Add cheese and heat until melted.
- Combine eggs, oil, milk mixture, parsley, onion and Worcestershire in bowl.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just moistened.
- Use non-stick spray on either 2 cupcake-size tins or 1 "giant" muffin pan.
- Bake in 400 degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until they test done.
