How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Heat buttermilk in pan over medium heat.
  • Add cheese and heat until melted.
  • Combine eggs, oil, milk mixture, parsley, onion and Worcestershire in bowl.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until just moistened.
  • Use non-stick spray on either 2 cupcake-size tins or 1 "giant" muffin pan.
  • Bake in 400 degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until they test done.
