Slavonic Steak

- 1-1/2 pound flank steak shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- juice of 2 large limes shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine shopping list
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 4 large cloves garlic chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse flank steak with water then dry and put in a large dish.
- In a bowl mix dry mustard with red wine vinegar and whisk well.
- Add other ingredients and mix well then pour marinade over meat.
- Cover and refrigerate basting and turning often.
- Marinate at least 4 hours or overnight then grill 8 minutes per side.
- Allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing then slice thin on the diagonal.
