How to make it

  • Rinse flank steak with water then dry and put in a large dish.
  • In a bowl mix dry mustard with red wine vinegar and whisk well.
  • Add other ingredients and mix well then pour marinade over meat.
  • Cover and refrigerate basting and turning often.
  • Marinate at least 4 hours or overnight then grill 8 minutes per side.
  • Allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing then slice thin on the diagonal.
