Sweet potato pie

This is easy and real tasty the sweet potatoe adds a unique flavour
Ingredients
- 500 gms sweet potato shopping list
- 185gms mushrooms shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Vegeta or a stock cube (optional) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons corn flour shopping list
- 1cup cream shopping list
- S/p shopping list
- Pastry shopping list
- Grated cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Peel sweet potato cook in microwave 8 mins
- Fry mushroom and onion in butter till just tender add vegeta or stock cube(optional) add flour and mix well
- Gradually stir in cream and continue cooking until sauce boils and thickens
- Season
- Line a pie dish with pastry arrange the sweet potato over the base of the dish pour over mushroom sauce and sprinkle with cheese
- Bake 200ºCfor about 30 mins
