I love this. Many years ago, before she moved, we had a Filipino friend who was a wonderful cook. I never learned how to make this. I am so glad to see your post! ~Lin 5 forks for you!

Hi! Went to 2 asian mkts yesterday. no luck. online i discovered it is filipino, if that makes any difference. During my research, I saw noodles from bean thread (mung bean) , wheat and/or egg, and more, but I can't remember. What is Canton Pancit made of? is it like angel hair pasta? or cellophane noodles? Thanks to you I found a chinese market!!

Made this tonight, and it is very yummy and easy!! Used egg noodles I found at the chinese market. Did not have red bell peppers. Used cauliflower instead. One other change, used turkey meat and folded in pre-cooked shrimp at the end. 5555555 thanks again! trish
